KAVYA GLOBAL NETWORK NEPAL formerly Kavya Global Network was established in 2016 as counseling and academic centre which provides genuine and authentic counseling to students wanting to study in USA and Australia. But with the growth we have added UK, Ireland, Newzealand and Canada as the new destination. Kavya Global Network was founded on this philosophy to provide a service for student looking for continuing education pathways in academic and vocational careers.
Our counselors achieved their undergraduate and graduate degree from abroad after having studied up to high school in the Native Nepal.

The knowledge and practical know-how of academic systems on both side of the globe, gives them the best of both worlds. This is the distinguishing feature which differentiates us right from the beginning. Today our service is extended to serving as a one-stop education advisory and placement centre, providing free, comprehensive educational counseling to parents and students seeking professional advice on further education ranging from diploma, undergraduate, graduate to post-graduate level.
We have a team of experienced multilingual counselors to guide students through the entire process of arranging their study overseas in the Australia, UK, Canada, Newzealand, Ireland and the USA.
Our service is complete. We begin with identifying the profile and needs of the student and guiding the student to select a right course of study and a college or university based on market trends, needs, prospects, financial budget and other relevant important aspects. This is followed up with assisting students in making applications to colleges/universities, advising them on acceptance of offer, visa submission, flight and accommodation arrangement and arriving at their study destination.

Counseling & Screening

When students come to our door we counsel them about their best fit in accordance with their academic results, Language Test Score, their preference country. We counsel them with their best fit nation educational institutions and the course and explain them about the procedures and documentation they must follow till the completion of the process. We screen them to minimize the loss of offers from the educational institutions.

Institutional Application

Students find the university application process hasty and procedural, our counselors help students in guiding step by step throughout the application process, we provide the information about the documents required processes to be followed and the time frame needed by the institutions for completing the application process to the student.

Documentation Guidance

Documentation for the institutions and visa procedural need careful investigation and guidance, our documentation team is uniquely designed to help student to prepare their documents that comply with legal procedures and practical rules. We guide students in preparing their documents from university admissions to visa procedures.

Interview Preparation

Interview are much of worry for the students, students may have interview during the admission process or during the GTE process or by the visa authority of related countries. Our Interview Preparation Classes are one of the talk of the town, we prepare students psychologically with mock interview sessions and prepare them for the best shot of answers which gives them better chance of being successful at interviews.

Scholarship Application

Depending upon the eligibility criteria, students are entitled to get scholarship from the selected universities. We assist students in getting as much scholarship as they can get.

For convenience and in order to serve Universities and Colleges better, We get in to thorough examinations and verifications of the documents submitted to us by the students. We try to verify the documents to the best of our knowledge before sending it to the universities and visa authorities.
